1. Can a buyer quickly understand your offer?

Make your product category, intended customers and practical value clear. Use the terms buyers actually recognize in the target market, rather than translating every phrase literally.

Ask someone unfamiliar with the business to explain what you sell, who it suits and how to contact you after a brief visit. Any uncertainty points to the next improvement.

2. Do product pages support an initial evaluation?

Buyers may need specifications, materials, dimensions, operating conditions and delivery options. Use consistent templates so important details are not omitted.

Distinguish standard features from customization. Check that certificates, reports and examples are accurate, current and authorized for publication.

3. Does the whole journey work on mobile?

Check navigation, product pages and the inquiry form. Text should remain readable, buttons should be easy to use and important images should load.

Do not assess only the homepage. Buyers may arrive directly on an article or product page, which also needs a clear next step.

4. Are page signals clear for search engines?

Give important pages distinct, accurate titles and descriptions. Use stable URLs and review your sitemap and internal links.

Private previews and test sites should be excluded from indexing. Before a public launch, verify that access permissions, indexing settings and the sitemap agree.

5. Does a test inquiry reach the real handling process?

Submit a clearly labeled test. Confirm that the record is saved, who can view it, how it is assigned and what visitors see if submission fails.

A success message does not prove that an email or CRM notification arrived. Test storage, notifications and any external synchronization separately.

6. Who owns maintenance after launch?

Assign responsibility for products, articles, inquiries and technical upkeep. Keep change records, a recovery path and a schedule for checks.

If AI will assist with drafting, define approved sources, facts that require specialist review and publishing criteria before expanding automation.
